Housing complex in Steinsel
The residential complex “Seventy-Seven / Seventy-Nine” consists of two separate buildings on a common underground parking and basement. The complex offers 14 spacious and luxurious 1–3-bedroom apartments and 14 underground parking spaces. The whole building is designed to be wheelchair accessible, and barrier-free.
The design of the outer facades is based on simplicity and clarity in form of a classic perforated facade. Large and numerous window openings flood the interiors of the apartments with plenty of sun and daylight. To increase the feeling of well-being for the residents, an accent is given to the use of natural building materials and integrating nature in the concept, for example in form of planted flowerbeds on the balconies or Green roofs allowing to retain rainwater.

Life close to the city in the countryside
Steinsel is a municipality in Luxembourg, located in the canton of Luxembourg. It covers 23.47 km² and has about 5.000 inhabitants. Situated 9 km north of Luxembourg City, it consists of Heisdorf and Steinsel.
The hilly landscape is ideal for hiking, biking, and nature observation. The „Gréngewald“ forest offers beautiful walks. Luxembourg-Findel Airport is 13 km southeast, accessible by car or public transport. The main neighboring towns are Luxembourg City to the south and Mersch to the north.
